When you do need a replacement, you can trust that our installation teams will handle it properly and professionally. We train our teams to treat your resident’s home as if it’s their own—to respect your tenant’s privacy and space, maintain a clean work environment, and work as efficiently as possible. And, to make things just a little easier, we provide haul-away services as well, so you won’t need to worry about getting rid of any old products or materials.
When one of your appliances goes down, there’s no time to waste. But, if it’s one of our appliances, you don’t need to worry about searching for, or organizing, a third-party vendor to come in and fix it. We have our own in-house service department—made up of the same experts who install them—certified to service every appliance we sell. And, because our in-house service department is licensed by the manufacturers, we’re able to honor and service all one-year manufacturer warranties that come standard with each appliance, for free. If there’s ever an issue, all you need to do is call your same dedicated rep and they’ll handle the rest.
Appliances like refrigerators, water heaters, washing machines and dryers all have an element of risk, if they’re not installed properly. That’s why our licensed experts personally install and test each new appliance—verifying power sources, connecting gas lines, hooking up water supplies—leaving only when everything is set up, safe and ready-to-use.
Flexible & Accurate
From maintenance crews to tenants, we understand that managing multiple schedules is difficult, especially when it comes time to service or replace an appliance. That’s why we’re as flexible as possible, and work around your schedule, not the other way around. Once a day is selected, we’ll provide you with convenient arrival time frames, and we’ll call 30 minutes before we arrive, We do our best to get your appliances up and running as soon we can, so you can get back to business as usual.
Appliance use in apartments is always different than that of your average home, which is why we also carry brands and lines designed specifically for apartments, like Whirlpool, Frigidaire, GE, HotPoint, Amana, and more. These specialty models are designed to increase the appeal of your units, while staying well within your budget.

That’s why the moment you call your dedicated flooring rep, they get to work: setting schedules, expediting deliveries, doing everything in their power to get your units ready to rent, right on schedule.
